Early spring is one of my favorite seasons, in no small part because it is when asparagus comes into season. Z. and I are buying about two pounds a week right now, it’s that serious.
White out preferred way is just to trim the ends and then roast the asparagus for 7-10 minutes lightly oiled and with some pink Himalayan sea salt, there are some amazing recipes out there. Here are some of our favorites!

For breakfast ideas, try this bacon, asparagus, and egg bake.We cut this recipe by 3/4ths and it is then the perfect amount of food for us. Little work for high pay off brunch, plus it is so easy that it gives you more time to focus on mimosas.
What about for dinner time?
Skinny Taste’s Chicken and Asparagus Stir-fry was in our last week’s menu and something that is part of our spring rotation.
On a similar note is my own recipe which is a Chicken, Asparagus, and Green bean stir fry.
Meanwhile, this side dish is a variation on roasting. We normally use this recipe if we are feeling fancy.
